Final pricing depends on session length, number of people, locations, travel, date, editing depth and intended usage. Prices may change at any time without notice, and sales tax is added where applicable. Only a written quote establishes your price.

3. Portfolio And Sample Images

Images shown on this site represent the style and type of work produced. Every session is different, and lighting, location, weather, wardrobe and the people photographed all affect the final result. Nothing here guarantees that your images will look identical to any sample shown.

4. Turnaround Times

Stated delivery windows are typical estimates, not guarantees. Peak season, wedding volume, illness and circumstances beyond our control can extend them. Confirmed timelines are communicated with your booking.

5. Image Counts

Image counts listed for each collection are minimums. The final number delivered depends on session length, cooperation of the group and the number of frames that meet our quality standard.

6. Color And Print Accuracy

Screens vary widely in calibration, so images may appear different on your device than on ours. Prints ordered through our professional lab are color managed. We cannot guarantee color accuracy for prints ordered from consumer labs using your print release.

7. Gallery Availability And Backups

Online galleries remain available for the period stated in your agreement. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images. We keep archives as a courtesy but do not guarantee indefinite storage, and archive retrieval may carry a fee.

8. Weather And Outdoor Sessions

Outdoor sessions depend on weather and light. We monitor conditions and will contact you if a session should be moved. Rescheduling for weather is free, and availability determines the new date.

9. Testimonials

Testimonials reflect the experience of specific clients on specific sessions. They are not a promise of any particular result or experience for another client.
